Pangandaran Beach Resort

One of the West Java' beautiful beach resort lie on the south coast just west of the boundary between Wet Java and Central Java.
Pangandaran is 223 km southeast of Bandung, a 4 hour drive. It is easily reached by public transportation. The beach is quite popular for Bandung residents and as a destination for tourist who travel overland Jakarta-Bandung-Yogyakarta.
Over the past decade, Pangandaran has developed enormously. Tourist facilities have been upgraded to make Pangandaran a prime holiday resort. Modern classified star hotels, restaurants have been completed.
The hub of a visit to Pangandaran is Pantai Pananjung. Here all facilities a tourist need are available. The east coast of Pantai Pananjung is quite popular for walking, swimming and eating fresh sea food. You can find good places to eat at Pantai Timur (the East Coast).
